How long does shipping take?

3-7 days excluding holidays and weekends depending on your location. 

Can I order through phone if I'm new to online shopping?

We will guide you first on how to order online the first time and if that doesn't help then we shall proceed getting your order/s through phone.

Is customer support 24/7?

Can I cancel my order?

It's important that you put your personal number on your orders because you will receive a text message from our team for every order you make on our website asking you to confirm if you authorized the purchase or not. If you don't reply back or  you tell us that you want to cancel we won't proceed with your order. If you replied yes, we will proceed processing your order and we wouldn't be able to cancel the transaction.

Do you accept COD or Cash-on-Delivery?

Yes!! All orders are on a COD basis meaning you'll only pay once the item arrives at your doorstep.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Most of our items are shipped for FREE, as long as it states on the product page that shipping is free then you won't have to pay any shipping fee.

What if the item I received is broken?

You have 7-days to contact us regarding the broken item once you received the product and we will replace it for free.

Do you have warranty on your products?

It depends on what product is being discussed. We have different warranties for different items. Ask our customer support for this.
